Studio Jagger — Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fairness to all clients and to protect reserved studio and photographer time, Studio Jagger operates under the following cancellation and rescheduling terms.

Bookings are secured once payment is received.

Cancellations

All cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking will result in 100% of the booking fee being forfeited.
This includes cancellations for any reason.

As your booking date approaches, the studio, photographer and production time is held exclusively for you and cannot be rebooked at short notice.

Rescheduling

Reschedules are permitted if requested 7 days or more prior to your booking date, subject to availability.

Reschedule requests made within 7 days of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will forfeit 100% of the booking fee.

Late Arrivals & No Shows

Late arrival or failure to attend your booking does not extend your booking time and will be treated as a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Why This Policy Exists

Studio Jagger is a boutique, limited-capacity studio. When you book, we reserve the studio, photographer and resources exclusively for you — often turning away other bookings. This policy allows us to operate fairly for all clients.
